Well besides the obvious that SUS or WSUS only patches the plethora of Windows patches (and Only Windows). Where as PatchManagement patches Windows and the apps that are installed (See list below) If you are interested in just patching your windows machines and not the apps installed stick with SUS.

With PacthManagement the client does a scan and you can see exactly what patches it needs. With SUS all you do is make a registry entry and pray that it gets the patch.
