Why you cheat. The thing is.It's NOT necessary.Ever. Nobody who obtains such Vehicles in these GTA's uses Cheats to obtain them. We all have Minimum Deaths/Busted/Cheats/Mission Failures in the Stats. In regards to SA, you need to kill CJ 3 times for 3 Special Vehicles. But other than those 3 Deaths, you should have 0 Busted, 0 Cheats and UNDER 200 Mission Attempts, considering you didn't get a very large collection.

I have 61 Special Vehicles, for instance in my Save. This is why I don't post my Saves to this place anymore.
